This policy covers the apps made by Batishev Enterprises LLC ("we"), including CutRight, and this website, batisheventerprises.com.
Our apps
CutRight does all of its calculations on your device. It does not need an internet connection and does not send anything anywhere.
- We do not collect, store or share any personal information.
- There is no account and no sign-in.
- There are no ads, no analytics and no third-party tracking tools in the app.
- Your settings and the last values you entered are saved on your phone only, so the app remembers them next time. They are never sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them.
The free trial and the one-time unlock are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. The app only asks Apple whether this Apple ID has started the trial or unlocked the app. We never see your name, Apple ID or payment details. Apple's own privacy policy covers that.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Like any website, the company that hosts it may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use those logs to identify you.
If you email us
If you write to us, we get your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it only to reply to you. We don't add you to a mailing list or share it with anyone.
Children
Our apps are made for adults working in the trades. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
