A number looks wrong
We want to know. Every answer in CutRight has a Show the math panel. Please send us:
- the numbers you typed in (size, fittings, joint, angle),
- the answer CutRight gave, and the answer you expected,
- a screenshot of the Show the math panel if you can.
Threaded fittings: published take-off charts disagree with each other by up to 1/4" per fitting, so CutRight lets you set the thread makeup yourself. If your shop uses a different figure, change it on the Cut screen.
Free trial
CutRight is free to download. You can try every tool free for 24 hours, starting from the moment you tap Start 24-hour free trial. Nothing is charged for the trial. When it ends, the calculators lock until you unlock CutRight with a one-time purchase. There is no subscription.
Restoring your purchase
Your unlock is tied to your Apple ID, so you only ever pay once. On a new phone, or after deleting and reinstalling the app, open CutRight and tap Restore purchase on the unlock screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.
Refunds
Apple handles all payments for the App Store, so refunds are requested from Apple, not from us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and choose the purchase.
No signal on site
CutRight works fully offline. Once it's unlocked, it keeps working with no signal. No account, no sign-in.
Privacy
CutRight collects nothing. Read the privacy policy.
